1. Production Time
All rugs are handmade to order.
Production typically takes 3–8 weeks from the date your order is placed.
In some cases, rugs may be completed and shipped sooner than expected, or production may experience delays due to supply or scheduling.
2. Shipping Time
Once your rug has been completed, shipping usually takes 1–2 weeks depending on your location and the carrier.
Total estimated delivery time = 4–10 weeks (production + shipping).
3. Tracking & Notifications
Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number by email.

4. Shipping Responsibility
Rugs222 is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other events beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We cannot be held liable for delivery issues resulting from incorrect addresses.
5. International Shipping
International shipping may take longer due to customs clearance.
Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer.
