Returns & Refunds Policy – Custom Rugs
Each rug we create is custom-made to order. Because of the personalized nature of our products, our policy differs from standard retail returns. Please read carefully:
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, or before production has begun, whichever is later.
If production has already started, cancellations cannot be accepted.
Returns & Refunds
Because each rug is custom-made and personalized, we do not accept returns or provide refunds once production has started.
This includes instances where you change your mind, order by mistake, or no longer want the product after it is made.
Exceptions
We will issue a replacement or refund only if:
The rug arrives damaged in transit,
The rug has a manufacturing defect, or
You receive the wrong rug design/size compared to your order confirmation.
In these cases, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
Production & Delivery Timeline
As each rug is handmade to order, production times may vary. We will keep you updated and provide tracking once shipped.
